In order to avoid all kinds of negative consequences in the event of a repeat of an economic recession, the Central Bank carried out a number of innovations that will allow you to keep the current financial situation under control.
To evaluate the results of the work done, the regulator conducted stress tests of the Russian banking system, and for the first time this information was published. Analysis of the influence of crisis phenomena was made for each individual banking organization. According to the results of the stress tests conducted in October, it turned out that the country’s banking sector is well prepared for the possible consequences of the European crisis, since the sufficiency of capital with negative development of events will be reduced to 12% established now.
