What is the cooperative: Features of learning
To many, the speedy of everything, this word will seem unfamiliar and some kind of incomprehensible. And not surprising, because the word itself comes from English, but it means it known to us.
In fact, coaching is a style, a form of mentoring, learning an inexperienced employee more experienced. We know all this well, but why such a name? The fact is that this learning style is somewhat different from which we are used to. Most often, our mentors said to us: “Do how I”. And we did.
This learning style implies that the student will reach everything on his own. And for this, his coach will ask a variety of questions. And so, answering questions posed by the coach, the student will be able to find the answer he needs.
