Every year in the city of Tyler there is a colorful Rose Festival, which is considered one of the most interesting and attractive national holidays. Tyler is home to the largest Rose Garden in the country – Tyler Municipal Rose Garden, it is the permanent venue for the festival, which was first organized in 1933.

The area of ​​the garden is about 14 acres, on its territory there are more than 35 thousand rose bushes, among which there are unique varieties planted in the 19th century. In addition to the most interesting flower exhibitions, the festival program includes souvenir fairs, a beauty contest, and theatrical performances. The festival takes place in the second half of October and lasts for three days; visiting the colorful festival and walking through the solemnly decorated garden will be interesting for absolutely everyone.
