A variety of offers for buying a finished company
Proposals found in such a business area as the sale of ready -made firms are full of apparent variety.
Ready -made companies with history and without history, with licenses and without licenses, with various lists of permitted activities, with the issue of shares and without, with different levels of capitalization and with different forms of the legal entity, with different composition of the founders and so on. It is impossible to understand this whirlwind, but the principle of choice is always left alone: ready -made firms are acquired only with the set of qualities that are necessary for the specific goal for which the purchase is done. Nothing “reserve” and “just in case” should not be bought.
