How the purchasing activity of Russians develops
At the beginning of last year, against the background of events in Ukraine and the first signs of instability of the foreign exchange market, an increase in demand was recorded 1.3 times. The second wave of the increase was recorded in the 3rd quarter of 2014, along with the unprecedented collapse of the ruble.
Buying activity in November, according to Incom-Real Estate, increased one and a half times compared to August. The end of the year for the new buildings market turned out to be especially successful. In particular, the analysis of the dynamics of sales of Vedis Group shows an increase in the number of transactions by 3.5 times, or 250%.
Experts predict – developers using bank loans will leave the real estate market – due to growth of the key rate of the Central Bank up to 17%.
